Sharra E. Greer serves as Director of Law & Policy. Greer manages SLDN’s legal services, lobbying, watchdog and grassroots programs. Greer is recognized as one of the nation’s leading experts on “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and has spoken on the gay ban before audiences across the country. Attorney Greer previously served as a staff attorney with the National Veterans Legal Services Program. There, Greer worked on cases before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and represented plaintiffs in two class actions through NVLSP’s Agent Orange Resource Center. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School – Camdem.
