Every year, the sharpest legal minds in the LGBT community gather at the National LGBT Bar Association's Annual Lavender Law Career Fair and Conference.

Hundreds of practicing attorneys, scores of scholars, over 600 students and many leading members of the judiciary are expected to attend over the course of this year's events.

Professional development is an important part of any attorney's career path. For transgender attorneys and law students, finding mentorship can be a powerful tool to navigating a legal career. How do you find a mentor or mentee? How do you negotiate and maximize the mentorship process? How do you create trans visibility in your local and/or LGBT Bar Association? Come hear from trans attorneys whose visibility over the past thirty years paved the path for generations to come.
