About the Group
The National LGBT Bar Association’s Government Attorneys Group was established in late 2008 to advance LGBT equality through and within the new administration. Shelby Stuntz is a staff attorney with the Office of Associate Chief Counsel, U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Long Beach, California. Shelby received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Shelby has been employed by the Office of Associate Chief Counsel for two years, before her employment with CBP she was an associate at Stock Stephens, LLP in San Diego, California.
