Allies for Justice Awards

Each year, the National LGBT Bar Association honors legal professionals who, in their position of leadership, have allied with the LGBT community and have made noteworthy contributions to the struggle for civil rights and equality before the law.

Nominations for the 2012 Allies for Justice Award should be sent to nominations@lgbtbar.org. The awardee will be recognized during a special reception held in conjunction with the American Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on Friday, August 3, 2012, in Chicago, Illinois. Nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, May 23, 2012, no later than 5:00 pm EDT.
